SANTORINI SUPERYACHT THE COMPLETE REFIT
The 115 ft. Santorini Superyacht arrived at Alfa Trust after years of service had taken their toll. Her once-striking exterior was worn down, her interiors faded, and her mechanical systems were in need of a total overhaul. Operating from our warehouses in Dubai and the Al Jaddaf Drydocks, our team of designers, engineers, and technicians undertook a full-scale refit to bring Santorini back to her glory days.
BEFORE THE REFIT
An in-demand charter vessel, Santorini had endured many years of harsh marine conditions. Her teak decking had severely faded, fiberglass structures showed stress fractures, and key mechanical systems were past their prime.
Inside, the once-luxurious furnishings had lost their form and texture, while aging electrical and lighting networks dulled her interior. Beneath the surface, fatigue threatened performance and reliability. It was clear, Santorini was in need of a complete overhaul from hull to helm.
THE NEW SANTORINI
After more than 1,500 hours of focused work, our team rebuilt Santorini from the inside out. Her form, finish, and character were restored with the care and detail that define every Alfa Trust refit.
The exterior now featured LED-lit teak decking, custom fiberglass structures, and a signature slate-grey hull engineered for strength and style. Inside, our master craftsmen introduced bespoke marine upholstery, convertible jacuzzi sunbeds, and a starlit ceiling that turns every evening on board into a one-of-a-kind experience.
RESTORING STRUCTURAL STRENGTH
At Alfa Trust, our first priority was structure. Every layer of fiberglass, every joint and bolt was carefully inspected and reinforced. Our engineers carried out advanced crack treatment across the hull and decks to recover full structural integrity. By rebuilding from within, we strengthened Santorini’s core for lasting performance at sea.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL UPGRADES
With the structure secured, we shifted focus to performance. Our engineering team upgraded the mechanical, electrical, and network systems, refining each component for smoother navigation and improved efficiency. All onboard systems were rebuilt and calibrated to deliver steady performance, efficient power, and complete dependability at sea
THE EXTERIOR FINISH
The refit included a complete restoration of Santorini’s outer surfaces. Her hull was finished in a signature slate-grey coating, restoring a sharp, modern look suited to her size and stature.
Alongside LED-lit teak decking and custom fiberglass structures, the new finish gave the yacht a clean, unified appearance on the water. Every surface of her exterior was prepared, refinished, and detailed for durability and a flawless first impression — the kind of finish we at Alfa Trust are known for.
THE INTERIOR
The interior refit focused on restoring the yacht’s comfort and balance. New seating and wall panels were built from durable European materials designed to endure marine conditions. Bespoke upholstery, lighting and air systems were developed together so every element of the space worked in harmony. The result was an immersive interior that exudes luxury and comfort.
